The location was incredible, just a five-minute walk from major attractions, making it very convenient. Although the lift felt a bit cramped, the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. the breakfast options could use some more variety.

The staff resolved issues quickly.

I was given a very small twin room instead of a family room. The air conditioning didn't work, despite multiple complaints. Breakfast options were almost nonexistent, and the small lift was frustrating. we had to walk uphill to get to the location, which made things worse.

friendly staff

perfect spot for exploring istanbul's major attractions

i stayed for two nights and loved that i could easily walk to iconic places like the hagia sophia and the basilica cistern in just over 10 minutes. The atmosphere around the hotel made every evening stroll enjoyable.

I adored my stay! The location was just perfect, within walking distance of all the hotspots. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean, making it a delightful retreat after a busy day.

But really, a windowless basement room? I felt like a mushroom! At least I wasn’t there for the views, right?

The location made it super easy to explore all the major attractions, just a short stroll to the Grand Bazaar. My room felt spacious and clean, definitely a big plus. I looked forward to the Turkish breakfast each morning, it was delicious and had a nice variety. there were some issues with the lift, which felt cramped and made accessing upper floors a bit daunting. the room lacked a menu card for room service, which would have been handy. a great place, but a few small tweaks would enhance the stay.
